Welcome: Mr. Richardson
Today we come together, as a school family, to give thanks to the Creator for the many gifts and blessings He has given to each of us, in the world.
As we celebrate and remember these gifts of life, let us all be thankful that we have them, and that we need to treasure and take care of them
for our future and the future of our planet, Mother Earth.
Let us now begin our Thanksgiving celebration...
In the name of the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit...AMEN
First Reading: Mr. MacLeod
A reading from the Holy Bible
Psalm 100
Shout joyfully to the Lord, all the earth.
Serve the Lord with gladness;
Come before Him with joyful singing.
Know that the Lord Himself is God;
It is He who has made us, and not we ourselves;
We are His people and the sheep of His pasture.
Enter His gates with thanksgiving And His courts with praise.
Give thanks to Him, bless His name.
For the Lord is good;
His lovingkindness is everlasting And His faithfulness to all generations.
This is the word of the Lord
..Thanks Be To God
Gospel Acclamation: Alleluia
Gospel: Father Jim
A reading from the Holy Gospel according to Matthew 12:33-37
Glory to You Lord Jesus Christ
To have good fruit you must have a healthy tree; if you have a poor tree, you will have bad fruit. A tree is known by the kind of fruit it bears.
How can you say good things when you are evil?
For the mouth speaks what the heart is full of.
A good person brings good things out of his treasure of good things; a bad person brings bad things out of his treasure of bad things.
You can be sure on Judgement Day everyone will have to give account of every useless word he as ever spoken. Your words will be used to judge you to declare you either innocent or guilty.
This is the Gospel of the Lord
Praise to You Lord Jesus Christ
